Great spot 500m from Paddington
Very attentive staff. Excellent communication and help when we needed it. Would highly recommend.
No oven mitts or tea towels. Might have been an oversight because we were allowed to check in early. Not an issue.

Tidy apartment for a family, good location.
It was a bit like a hotel with white linen and towels etc. Modern and functional kitchen and bathroom. Enough room for 5-6 persons.
Thin windows, we could hear all noise from the street and courtyard - luckily it was quite a peaceful area except one night when there was a party in a neighboring student house. In the kitchen there were good facilities for cooking, but there were not enough plates and cutlery for a family. Would have been good to have a kind of info-folder with some general instructions, e.g. wifi password.

Excellent space, when compared to a hotel room, and clean.
Noisy floors, too loud when people walking above. No dish rack
